Introduction to our Executive Board

Karim Massimov Vice President WMC,IFMA Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Mr .Massimov Karim has dedicated his life to his country and sport. His educational background includes time spent at the Patris Lumumba University of Nations Friendship in Moscow, Peking Language Institute in the Chinese People’s Republic, Faculty of Law in Uhang University of China, Kazakh State Academy of Management, and the University of Columbia in New York.

Mr.Massimov has been very patient when it comes to MUAYTHAI. He is one of the founding members of the Kazakhstan MUAYTHAI Federation and IFMA. He has served as the middleman between many cultures, since he speaks Russian, Kazakh, English, Arabian and Chinese fluently.

Due to his involvement in sport, Massimov also serves as the President of the Kazakhstan MUAYTHAI Federation and Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan.

Mr .Massimov has also been one of the engines in the development of MUAYTHAI in Asia. Kazakhstan staged the Asian Championships in 2001 and the World Championships in 2003. The government and the Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan is in full support of MUAYTHAI and have high hopes of its inclusion into the General Assembly of International Sports Federation. Mr Massimov is one of the key figures in the national and international development of Muaythai
