A memorable date, as MUAYTHAI under the umbrella of IFMA has been accepted into the GAISF by an overwhelming majority vote of International Sports Federations. MUAYTHAI under the umbrella of IFMA is now a member of the Olympic family. Membership of the GAISF represents international acceptance of IFMA as the indisputable peak body for MUAYTHAI in the World. Congratulations to the IFMA executive board present at the General Assembly have come from many Olympic and non Olympic recognized sports.
H.E. General Pichitr Kullavanijaya, Privy Councilor of His Majesty the King of Thailand will take the President of GAISF ,the IOC in Thailand, President and General Secretary of IFMA ,President of WMC to a private audience with His Royal Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Thailand to present this wonderful news.
